Corequisite Policy Forums April 2019

Two

The NSHE Department of Academic and Student Affairs invites faculty from across the system to participate in one of three Corequisite Policy Forums. These forums are the opportunity for faculty to provide feedback about the proposed policy to eliminate traditional forms of remediation and fully scale corequisite models for all of the System’s new credential-seeking students. Each forum will include a brief presentation on the proposed policy and then leave time open for faculty to discuss their concerns, ideas, and comments regarding the proposed policy.

Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs Crystal Abba, Assistant Vice Chancellor Renée Davis, and Research Scholar Theo Meek will be hosting these forums. All faculty are invited to attend any forum that works best for their availability. Video sites are available at both southern and northern Nevada locations.
