The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) Board of Regents renewed the contracts of College of Southern Nevada (CSN) President Federico Zaragoza, Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) President Karin Hilgersom, and Western Nevada College (WNC) President Vincent Solis following a performance review.

“I’m proud of the leadership of our presidents during this tumultuous time,” said Chancellor Thom Reilly. “They are deserving of these contract renewals as we continue to move forward and prepare to return to a new normal due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.”

“Our presidents have made great strides in working to increase student access and success at their institutions,” said Regents Chair Jason Geddes. “I’m proud of their work and that of their faculty and staffs as well as the initiative of their students.”

President Zaragoza has led CSN since 2018. President Hilgersom has led TMCC since 2016. President Solis has led WNC since 2018.

All three president contracts were renewed for four years.
