Public Records Request
In accordance with NRS 239.010, et seq., the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) responds to all requests to inspect or provide copies of public records within 5 business days. In the event the NSHE does not have legal custody or control of the public book or record requested, or is unable to make the public book or record available by the end of the fifth business day, NSHE will provide notice of this fact and, if the record is in NSHE’s legal custody or control, will provide an estimated alternative date and time that the requested public book or record will be made available.
