Charles Ansell has dedicated his career to educational justice and equity. In his current role at Complete College America, Charles uses research to advocate for legislation and resources that help students graduate college, closing socioeconomic, racial, gender, geographical or generational disparities that exist in college completion.

Dr. Drake is a recognized global leader scholar, researcher, author, corporate executive, and entrepreneurial thinker, having lived or worked in over 60 countries serving as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, respected member of the academe. In each of his roles Dr. Drake has demonstrated a history of possessing the requisite skills and competencies to create a clear vision and strategic direction for not only domestic and international enterprises, but also academic institutions, Non-Governmental Organizations, and non-profit organizations. Over a 40-year career, Dr. Drake is well regarded as a visionary strategist, compassionate and decisive leader, and someone who understand how to effectuate change and transition within organizations.

Kate Marshall (née Soltero) was elected Lieutenant Governor of Nevada in 2018. She was previously elected to two terms as Nevada’s State Treasurer, during which she helped manage the state’s finances through the Great Recession. Prior to that she served as a trial attorney for the Department of Justice’s antitrust division, and as a Senior Deputy Attorney General in Nevada. Kate grew up in San Francisco, and both her Mexican-born grandfather and her father were proud members of the Teamsters. She was the first in her family to go to college. Kate Marshall has spent her career focused on creating a level playing field and economic opportunity for all.
