Regent Donald Sylvantee McMichael Sr. was elected to the Board of Regents in 2018 from District 4 in Clark County.

Regent McMichael has been in federal service since 1969 as a Photographic Aid for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Photographic Division of the Forestry Service; 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as a combat photographer/photojournalist; and over 23 years as a Letter Carrier for the U.S. Postal Service.
