GQG International Opportunities Fund identified an accounting error related to certain foreign tax expenses. As a result, the fund\u2019s share price (net asset value or \u201cNAV\u201d) was overstated during a specific period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remediation Period<\/strong><br>December 5, 2023 \u2013 December 11, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After reviewing transactions during this period, corrections were completed on February 6, 2025. and it does not appear to come from one of the above organizations, please report it as suspicious through your campus IT professionals.&nbsp; The most recent example of this phishing is from &#8220;pensionhelper.net&#8221; , &#8220;xxxx@publicemployee-information.com&#8221; , &#8220;xxxx@mail.stateretirement.org&#8221;, &#8220;xxxx@sterlingnational.org&#8221;, &#8220;xxxx@statepension.org&#8221;, and &#8220;FERS Plan no-reply@vcita.com&#8221; who appear to be trying to look like they are NVPERS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color
