The approved COLA increase demonstrates the board&#8217;s dedication to supporting the well-being and financial security of NSHE employees. This decision also reflects NSHE&#8217;s commitment to fair compensation and the value placed on the contributions of every employee within the system. This increase will assist with employees&#8217; wages and the rising cost of living, allowing them to continue providing quality education and services to students across Nevada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NSHE Board of Regents carefully considered the financial implications and the impact on employees&#8217; well-being.
