Kathleen Rodrigues serves as the 2017-18 president of DRI’s Graduate Student Association (GRAD). She is a PhD student at the University of Nevada, Reno in the department of Geological Sciences and Engineering. Kathleen holds a BSc in Biology and Environmental Sciences from McMaster University and an MSc in Geology from McMaster University. Her research is focused primarily on the application of optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) as a tool for determining the age of fluvial deposits along the Buffalo National River. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys watching movies, reading, and exploring different hiking trails.
